This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and adaptable support professional who can quickly take ownership of a busy caseload and provide high-quality, person-centred support across London.Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 25 service users. Deliver holistic, face-to-face support to individuals with low to high-level support needs. Support clients to secure and maintain their tenancies within partner housing services.
