      <description>Location: Vauxhall | Salary: &amp;pound;15/hour | Type: Temporary | Floating Support Worker         SW8 1SJ    The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday, between 8AM - 6PM. Core working hours are 10AM - 4PM. Temporary cover is required for approximately 2 months.     Please note: You will be required to work from the office in Vauxhall and complete 3 days per week hybrid working and supporting clients within the community and their own homes.    In this position, you will be required to;  - Hold a caseload of up to 27 key clients and carry out regular key working sessions resulting in agreed support plans which are reviewed regularly  - Produce comprehensive and high-quality risk assessment and risk management plans  - Provide housing advice to clients in order for them to maintain their tenancies including advising clients of their rights and responsibilities as well as advocating on their behalf as necessary  - Support clients to up skill regarding daily living skills, to enable them to sustain their accommodation independently, including bill management, and household management  - Provide a shorter intervention for clients who are moving from temporary to permanent accommodation, which may in...</description>
