Floating Support - Rough Sleepers
MUST HAVE Enchanced DBS (Child and Adult) and on the update service.The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday. Core working hours are 10AM - 5PM, but flexibility is required to occasionally work outside of these hours. Temporary cover is required for approximately 2 months. Please note: you will be required to travel across the Islington area supporting clients within the community and their own homes.In this position, you will be required to;- Hold a small caseload of key clients and carry out person-centered and psychologically informed key working sessions- Support clients to manage their diagnosis by implementing holistic support strategies that also aim to address their emotional, practical and housing management needs- Support medication compliance of clients- Support clients to attend statutory appointments to comply with mental health treatment- Provide housing advice to clients for them to maintain their tenancies including advising clients of their rights and responsibilities as well as advocating on their behalf if necessary- Support clients to upskill regarding daily living skills, to enable them to sustain their accommodation independently, including bill management and household management- Support clients to access activities which will assist them in working towards gaining greater independence within the wider community- Work in partnership with other departments and external agencies to ensure that client ..... full job details .....
