This role is all about setting the tone, delivering excellent service, and keeping the front of house running smoothly.Role Overview:Location: SW8Package: Up to £35,000 pa, DOE.Industry: Property ManagementWhat You''ll Be Doing:Acting as the front-of-house presence for the development, creating a welcoming and professional environment.Greeting residents and visitors, managing access, and handling day-to-day enquiries with confidence and care.Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.Responding to issues or complaints, taking ownership and escalating where needed to ensure resolution.Supporting the smooth running of the building by assisting with mobilisation, handovers, and resident move-ins.Helping maintain site standards, compliance records, and basic risk management routines.Working closely with the wider site and management teams to ensure residents receive a consistently high level of service.Main Skills Needed:Strong customer service and front-of-house experience.Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and written.A calm, organised approach with good attention to detail.Ability to handle queries and complaints professionally and empathetically.Comfortable using systems and technology to log information and tasks.A proactive, team-focused mindset with a ..... full job details .....
