We have an exciting opportunity for a Float Lettings Consultant to join this very successful Essex Estate Agency and provide essential support and cover across some, or all of their 9 Residential Lettings offices. Float Lettings Consultant Salary and Benefits Package: Basic salary is circa £27,000pa, depending on relevant experience Plus car allowance Performance related bonuses. Branch openings hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays. Float Lettings Consultant Duties will include: Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent and landlords. Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio. Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants. Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
