It''s a busy, hands on department where you will have the responsibility of booking and sourcing a variety of travel options to and from an event in a timely and accurate manner. Your role as an Event Travel Manager will include:Being part of a dedicated Group Travel team who specialise in booking flights for corporate clients and eventsLiaising with airlines to negotiate rates, flexible terms and hold group spaceDealing with airline group contracts and deadlinesWorking with a range of fares including published, group deals and net faresTicketing and re-issuingMaintaining the relationship with the client at all times, keeping them at the forefront of your focusWe''re looking for a dynamic consultant who loves to organise travel and is a specialist in the field!
