Flexographic Printing OperatorLocation: Newcastle upon Tyne, LongbentonSalary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum, depending on experienceJob Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a time-served Flexographic Printing Operator with experience running multi-colour presses to join an established and growing manufacturing business.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced printer to join a busy production environment, producing high-quality printed labels and products to customer specifications and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate and maintain multi-colour flexographic printing presses.Complete print jobs to the required quality standards and within agreed deadlines.Monitor print quality, colour consistency and registration throughout production runs.Carry out routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or print-related issues.Set up presses efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and waste.Work closely with the wider production team to maintain an efficient workflow.Complete relevant production and quality documentation.Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.RequirementsTime-served or experienced Flexographic Printer/Operator.Proven experience operating multi-colour flexographic printing presses.Experience with embellishments such as hot foil and/or cold foil would be advantageous.Strong attention to detail and a ..... full job details .....
