Position: Flexographic Printing Operative Job Type: Temporary-to-PermanentLocation: Pershore, WorcestershireSalary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Printing Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Pershore, Worcestershire. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business, working with wide web flexographic printing presses within a fast-paced production environment. Your Role as a Flexographic Printing Operative As a Flexographic Printing Operative, your duties will include: Setting up and printing high-quality designs up to 8 colours onto flexible plastic substrates and paper. Maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy and productivity to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of wide web flexographic printing presses. Ensuring press speeds are optimised, maximising uptime and minimising downtime while maintaining safe and efficient operation. Following appropriate troubleshooting procedures and escalating maintenance issues where required. Taking a proactive approach to machine performance, observing processes and identifying any issues that may arise. Assessing and evaluating root causes, using problem-solving skills to rectify issues quickly and effectively. Reporting issues to the Quality department that may affect output throughout the shift.
