You''ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting colleagues on press, and contributing to continuous improvement across the site.Key Responsibilities:Set up, run, and maintain flexographic printing machinery to optimum operational standards.Ensure safe working practices and strong hygiene, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.Monitor print quality throughout production and proactively resolve issues.Carry out print inspections, troubleshooting, and non-conformity rectification.Maintain accurate documentation, including production records and shift handovers.Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and continuous improvement activities.Perform efficient press changeovers while minimising waste.Oversee and support ..... full job details .....
