Late Shift:

13:30 – 21:15, Mon–Thurs / 11:15 – 17:00, Fri(All shifts include a 30-minute lunch break)

We’re working with a leading player in the packaging and labelling industry who are looking for an experienced

Flexo Printer

to join their double day shift team in Daventry. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone confident on press and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

Running and maintaining flexo printing machines to a high standard

Setting up jobs and adjusting press settings to ensure consistent print quality

Monitoring colour, registration, and repeat length throughout each run

Working closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve workflow

What they’re looking for

Strong experience with flexographic printing presses (labels or packaging preferred)

Comfortable working rotating

double day shifts

Good communicator with a proactive approach

Confident using in-house systems and basic IT tools

Bonus points if you have

Experience working in ISO or GMP environments

Background in rotary or flatbed flexo and screen printing

Strong troubleshooting skills
