This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking business with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Working in a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for operating CI flexographic printing presses while maintaining the highest standards of print quality, efficiency, and health and safety.Key Responsibilities of a Flexographic Printer: Operate 8-colour CI flexographic printing presses.Set up print jobs, monitor print quality, and make adjustments as required.Work efficiently to production schedules while minimising downtime.Carry out routine machine checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements.Complete production documentation and ensure effective shift handovers.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and comply with BRCGS, quality, and health and safety procedures.Shift PatternThis role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern:06:00 - 14:0014:00 - 22:0022:00 - 06:00Requirements for a Flexographic Printer: The successful candidate will have:Proven experience operating CI flexographic printing presses (essential - stack press experience alone is not sufficient).Experience printing on a variety of substrates, including foil and paper.Knowledge of ..... full job details .....
