Willing to work on a machine that has back-to-back jobs so a positive work ethic. Potential for a 4-day week 8am -6pm Monday to Thursday or 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility there. Responsibilities Running and maintaining a flexographic printing press in a manufacturing capacity. Carry out quality checks and press adjustments for each print job Identifying problems and fixing faults from start to finish Manage materials, plates, dies and inks relating to each individual jobs Follow job folder specifications to a tee Ensure compliance to ISO9001 and 14001 certifications. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times, adhering to all health and safety procedures To work with the production manager to continually improve quality, reduce wastage, notify any faults/delays, that could affect the customer journey.
