Location:-Based in Droitwich Spa (with assignments in Bromsgrove, Kidderminster & Worcester)

About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable-Day-to-Day Supply Teachers-to support a range of primary schools across Droitwich and the surrounding areas, including Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, and Worcester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible working arrangements, varied classroom experience, and the chance to make a real difference in local schools.
Assignments may be pre-booked or offered on the morning of cover, and can range from single-day placements to short-term cover.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt quickly to new school environments
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed
• Provide feedback to permanent staff where required

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to travel to schools across Droitwich and surrounding areas
