This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll provide support across refuge settings, places of safety accommodation, outreach services and our Domestic Abuse helpline, working closely with colleagues, the Police, health professionals and other partner agencies. From carrying out needs assessments and developing support plans to advocating for clients and helping them access safe accommodation, you'll be part of a dedicated team that is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support. We're looking for someone who is empathetic, resilient and organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload and build positive relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
