Flexible Operator

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for a Machine Operator for our client based in the heart of Wigan. Duties: Work as part of crewing on production lines. Defined machine operation, packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment of running materials (reel operation). Ensure required materials are ordered inline with production requirements. Carrying out process confirmation checks in line with quality, safety and product specifications. Clean and Inspect all work area and machinery, within acceptable safe working standards and good manufacturing practices , ensuring lines are set to centreline standards. Taking corrective action or reporting any maintenance issues as appropriate. Read and interpret specifications to meet the production plans ensuring appropriate prioritisation. Completion of line records to include material traceability, yield and usage. Perform necessary adjustments and activities for a changeover.
