That''s where you come in.We''re working with a welcoming primary school in Lawrence Weston looking for a Flexible Learning Partner to support a nursery-aged pupil on a 1:1 basis. This school has a high number of pupils with complex SEND needs, so they''re looking for someone who genuinely understands how to build trust, create consistency, and celebrate the little wins that make a big difference.This isn''t a role where you''ll be left to "just get on with it". The school values its support staff and works hard to create a team that feels supportive, collaborative, and child centred.What you''ll be doing:Providing 1:1 support within the nursery settingSupporting children with complex SEND needsHelping create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environmentBuilding positive relationships with pupils, staff, and familiesSupporting routines, communication, and emotional regulation throughout the dayWe''re looking for someone who:Has previous SEND experience, ideally within EYFS or nursery settingsFeels confident supporting pupils with complex needsBrings patience, empathy, and a calm approach to the classroomCan adapt quickly and work closely with the wider school teamIs reliable and ready to start ASAP Due to the school''s location, driving is preferred.
