Bank Support Coordinator – BasingstokeCasual / Flexible Work, hours to suit you. Pay £13.21 per hour; we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits. Responsibilities
Support our vulnerable customers across a variety of services in Hampshire, including accommodation-based services and community/home-based settings.Facilitate groups and support customers in different services and with different teams.Work with customers to support plans, record information concisely and effectively, and use information to inform actions.Flexibly pick up shifts across Hampshire region, including Basingstoke and Farnborough services, as needed.Use technology to create and update support plans, complete mandatory learning, and keep in touch with colleagues.Be available to work at short notice and adapt to various environments and customer needs.
Our Team and Environment
You’ll join our wider services in the Hampshire region and can pick up shifts in any of these services when needed. Current hours are available in Buller Court Mental Health service in Farnborough and in Basingstoke Social Inclusion service. Our team supports customers with mental health, homelessness prevention, and substance misuse, and we are passionate about what we do.
Qualifications and Skills
Flexibility to work at short notice – you’ll often choose your next shift.You’re a people person, confident working in different services with different teams and colleagues.Experience in supporting vulnerable people with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and make a difference.Experience with support plans and recording information concisely and effectively.Ability to use technology for creating/updating support plans, mandatory learning, and communicating with colleagues.Enhanced DBS check (the cost is paid for by Home Group).
