About the Role
Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a Flexi FLT Driver for a major logistics client based in Foston. This full-time, ongoing position offers immediate starts and regular work, with a clear path for progression. The role involves loading and unloading trailers, moving stock, conducting quality inspections, operating RF scan units, and managing stock control and rotation. Candidates must hold a valid Flexi or Bendi licence, though expired licences are accepted, and have warehouse experience. Strong literacy and numeracy are essential, alongside shift flexibility. The working pattern is a three-shift rotation covering earlies (6am–2pm), afternoons (2pm–10pm), and nights (10pm–6am). Pay ranges from £15.32 to £16.98 per hour.

We are looking for Flexi FLT Drivers for a major logistics client based in Foston.
Full-time hours are available for Flexi FLT Drivers, with immediate inductions and starts available.
This is regular, ongoing work with opportunities for progression.
The Flexi FLT Driver duties will include:
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Movement of stock within the warehouse
- Quality inspecting
- Using RF scan units
- Stock control and rotation
- A valid Flexi/Bendi Forklift Truck licenc
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Flexibility for working shifts
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
3 Shift Rotation – 2 positions
- Nights: 10pm–6am
- Afternoons: 2pm–10pm
- Earlies: 6am–2pm
- £15.32 per hour
- 10pm–6am
- £16.98 per hour
