Overview
HC-One is seeking enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team in the Liverpool/Knowsley area. This flexible role offers contracted hours with a guaranteed monthly pay and the option to pick shifts that fit around family life or other commitments. Shifts may include days, nights and weekends across our care homes in the Liverpool/Knowsley cluster (Ash Court, Fazakerley House, Kirby House, Mersey Parks, Moss View, Roby House, Roby Lodge, Dale Park, Larkhill).Responsibilities
Provide personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with mealsAssist residents with limited mobilityTake responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off siteSupport residents with activities, help maintain dignity and individuality, and provide emotional supportA driving license with access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You will recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if concerns arise, and undertake safeguarding training appropriate to your role. You will report concerns and escalate action when required.Important eligibility
