I''m partnering with a leading UK specialist motor insurer on the appointment of an experienced Fleet Underwriter.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing underwriting team, managing a portfolio of medium to complex Fleet risks while developing broker relationships and influencing underwriting strategy.The Role: Underwrite new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments across a specialist Fleet portfolio Make sound commercial decisions within delegated authority Build and maintain strong broker relationships Analyse portfolio performance and identify profitability opportunities Support underwriting strategy and product development Act as a technical referral point and support junior colleaguesAbout You: Previous UK Fleet underwriting experience Strong technical risk assessment and pricing skills Commercially minded with excellent broker relationship experience Confident decision-maker with a collaborative approachA fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing specialist insurer with strong career development prospects.Interested?
