Fleet Support Administrator
Our client, a well-established and respected organisation within the fleet services and operational support sector, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Fleet Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary fixed-term contract for 3 months due to increased demand and short-term operational requirements. The working hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 07:00-15:00.The successful Fleet Support Administrator should have: Experience in an administrative support role within a busy operational environmentStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and ExcelConfident communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levelsA flexible and proactive approach with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes In this role, the Fleet Support Administrator will be responsible for: Maintaining fleet management systems, vehicle records and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practiceRaising and amending work orders, inputting data and producing reports, statistics and management informationCoordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, servicing schedules and hired vehicles for internal and external clientsLiaising with customers, workshops, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experienceProviding administrative support ..... full job details .....
