The Fleet Sales Administrator will play a key part-in supporting the fleet department and ensuring smooth handling of all post-sale processes. Duties as a Fleet Sales Administrator:

• As the Fleet Sales Administrator, you will support the Group Fleet Manager with daily administrative tasks
• Managing all post-sale fleet administration including orders, invoices, and vehicle registration processes
• Preparing customer quotations, processing vehicle orders, and maintaining accurate records
• Allocating registration numbers, handling vehicle taxing, and producing invoices with precision
• Liaising with vehicle preparation teams to ensure PDI and valeting are completed efficiently
• Coordinating vehicle deliveries and customer collections to guarantee a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative position, ideally within the automotive industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail to manage a high volume of admin tasks accurately
• Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
