Fleet Project Coordinator

Working closely with the Group Fleet Manager and operational teams, you will play a key role in supporting fleet activities across the business. Previous fleet experience is welcome but not essential, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination, administration, and project support skills who is looking to develop their career in a fleet environment. Description Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the day-to-day administration of the fleet function.Managing fleet inboxes and coordinating high volumes of email communications.Assisting with vehicle replacement programmes, including arranging the collection of outgoing vehicles and delivery of new fleet stock.Supporting vehicle allocation projects across operational and business teams.Assisting with fuel card management and administration.Maintaining accurate fleet data and supporting data integration projects.Coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and operational teams.Providing administrative and project support to the Group Fleet Manager.
