Fleet Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Managing and developing a preventative maintenance programmeLeading the predictive maintenance philosophyIdentifying and communicating maintenance tasks using multiple data sourcesEnsuring Technical Dispatch Reliability from an operational and reliability perspectiveDeveloping, maintaining, and presenting operational and performance reportsProviding technical support and guidance to the Maintrol TeamCollaborating with the Safety Service and Air Ops teams on flight data reviewJob Requirements:Experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly with Embraer E190 aircraftStrong analytical skills and ability to manage complex dataExcellent decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet challenging targetsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analyticsUnderstanding of CAA/EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, and Part 145 requirementsAbility to hold a full airside pass and travel within the UK and EuropeExperience:CAA Part-66 B1/B2 license or equivalent engineering qualificationType rating on Embraer E190 aircraft or similar technical support experienceKnowledge of airline business, regulatory, and operating environmentsBenefits:Access to staff travel benefits, including standby tickets on company flightsUp to 30 discounted ''Hotline'' airfares annuallyOpportunities for career development and progressionSupportive and dynamic working environmentIf you are an experienced ..... full job details .....
