The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operational processes, and producing accurate fleet reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily fleet operations in partnership with external fleet suppliersServe as the primary contact for employees within the company car scheme, ensuring a high-quality service experienceProduce and maintain fleet reports, including fuel audits, payroll data, and taxable benefit reportingCoordinate weekly HR data transfers, supporting onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain and manage surplus vehicle logs, ensuring efficient vehicle reallocation in line with company policyConduct quarterly emissions and sustainability reporting as directedLead or support operational meetings with fleet suppliersSupport additional fleet management activities as requiredKey Skills and Experience:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical abilityProactive, "can-do" attitude with strong stakeholder management skillsAbility to ..... full job details .....
