Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead a small team, oversee daily fleet operations, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop the fleet services team. Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, MOTs and breakdown management. Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements. Manage supplier performance and control costs. Build strong customer relationships and improve service delivery. Introduce new processes, ideas, technology and reporting to increase efficiency.
