This is a live operations role requiring prior experience in passenger transport coordination, fleet management, chauffeur operations, or private hire dispatch. You will play a key role in supporting controllers, managing live journeys, and ensuring passengers receive a professional, timely service.Key Responsibilities Manage live passenger journeys, handling calls from customers, drivers, and call centres with accuracy and professionalismMonitor and interpret flight schedules, proactively advising passengers of delays, diversions, or operational changesSupport controllers in fleet allocation, vehicle scheduling, and live operational flowMaintain detailed and accurate records of journeys, bookings, and communications, ensuring compliance with company proceduresAssist with planning and coordination of passenger journeys in a fast-paced, live operations environmentProvide timely and accurate updates to internal teams and passengers, demonstrating strong operational awarenessIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of service standardsExperience-Focused NotesPrevious experience in ..... full job details .....
