Role Summary A hands-on delivery specialist to drive operational excellence across our vehicle programs, focused on designing and rolling out a standardised global fleet policy framework. You''ll own execution, not just planning. Responsibilities Policy refresh: Define a global fleet policy template, then review, localise and publish it across all operating locations. Operational delivery: Be the "boots on the ground" for fleet transformation, handling technical writing, impact analysis and regional transition tasks. Cross-functional partnering: Work directly with Labour Relations, Legal, EHS, Sourcing, CandB and Fleet Operations so policies are legally sound and operationally viable.
