Accountable for policy governance, supplier management, driver compliance, fleet optimisation, data insight, sustainability performance, and leadership of the Car Fleet team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop the Car Fleet team, maintaining high service standards and delivery against SLAs and KPIsConduct monthly 1:1s with clear objectives, feedback and development plansDrive continuous improvement across fleet processes and systemsResolve complex and ad-hoc fleet issues using optimal solutionsOwn and maintain fleet policies (Company Car, Car Allowance, Occasional Use)Partner with HR, Payroll, Reward, Pensions, Data, Resourcing and HR Systems to deliver fleet solutionsSupport planning and prioritisation of HR initiativesManage supplier relationships and negotiations to deliver value and savingsOutcomes and Measures of SuccessConsistent achievement of KPIs and SLAsAccurate and compliant fleet and employee data (MID, Key2, iTrent)Positive user feedback and engaged employees (YVOS)Strong cross-functional relationships within HR Service DeliveryHigh team engagement, motivation and performanceData-led decision-making with measurable savings year on ..... full job details .....
