JR343: Fleet ManagerLocation: Leatherhead, SurreySalary: Up To £51,382.50 per annum + £6,000 Vehicle AllowanceOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Fleet Manager to join their team.The Fleet and Environmental Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company''s commercial vehicle fleet and environmental services operations. The role will ensure statutory compliance, effective vehicle maintenance, high fleet availability and the smooth delivery of transport and environmental services, while supporting the strategic leadership of the Head of Fleet and Environmental Services.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage a large commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with servicing, MOT, road tax, insurance and fuel card requirements.Deliver fleet induction training to new starters, covering vehicle use, compliance and safety.Manage the fleet leavers process, ensuring the prompt return of vehicles and equipment.Manage motor insurance claims and investigate road traffic incidents involving company vehicles.Coordinate vehicle maintenance, accident repairs and repair contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.Compile monthly fuel and mileage reports, including monitoring private mileage and Inner London Congestion Charge compliance.Organise and coordinate driver training courses, including liaison with external training providers such as RoSPA.Monitor and respond to ..... full job details .....
