Fleet Customer Sales Executive

Here at Manpower we have an amazing opportunity for someone with a strong customer service and admin background to join our clients wonderful team!

Our client is dedicated to the delivery of a comprehensive range of products and services, specialising in the growth and development of our contract hire portfolio to the Corporate and fleet customer.

You will provide support to customers requesting Quotations, Orders, or in life queries throughout the life cycle of their contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to enquiries, mainly by phone and email
• Entering / handling customer data, ensuring that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy.
• Processing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated
• Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and inter departmental liaison
• Liaison between the customer and the dealership for vehicle delivery details
• Ensure clarity and understanding of a customer''s requirement by providing proactive customer service, with excellent industry and product knowledge.

Skills and Experience:

• Fleet / Rental Experience (Desirable)
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong customer service focus is essential
• High level of time management and organisational skills

This is a temporary contract until 30th Sept
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm based in the office
Based in Milton Keynes.

£13.37 per hour
