Fleet Coordinator - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

What will you be doing as a Fleet Coordinator? Managing and coordinating vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenanceResponding to driver calls and resolving fleet-related queriesAssessing reported vehicle defects and determining the appropriate course of actionTaking ownership of fleet incidents, liaising with accident management providers and operational teamsUpdating operations teams with repair progress and completion timesMaintaining fleet records, including breakdowns, defects and purchase ordersUpdating and maintaining the internal fleet management systemEnsuring vehicle maintenance records are compliantMonitoring supplier performanceCompleting incident documentationWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service roleExperience in an admin, support or coordination role within a Fleet, Transport, Logistics, Helpdesk, Operations or similar environment would be very ..... full job details .....
