If you have experience in customer service, logistics, transport or administration and enjoy taking ownership of problems, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to good use.Paying 15.52 per hour, this is a full-time temporary assignment working 40 hours per week on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, from 6pm to 6am. The assignment is expected to run until the end of the year, with potential for longer-term opportunities. You''ll play an important role in keeping a large HGV fleet moving, coordinating breakdowns, repairs and maintenance while supporting drivers and the wider operations team.What will you be doing as a Fleet Coordinator? Coordinating vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance with external suppliers.Responding to driver calls and resolving fleet-related queries promptly.Assessing reported vehicle defects and deciding on the appropriate next steps.Taking ownership of fleet incidents, liaising with accident management providers and internal teams through to resolution.Keeping operations teams updated on repair progress and estimated completion times.Maintaining accurate records of breakdowns, vehicle defects, purchase orders and maintenance.Updating the internal fleet management system and ensuring records meet company procedures and legislative ..... full job details .....
