Join our team at GXO Sainsbury''s as a Fleet Controller in our Northampton site. You''ll play a key role in keeping our transport operation running smoothly and efficiently every day. Working closely with drivers and the wider transport team, you''ll help coordinate the fleet and ensure everything stays on track. Pay, benefits and more: You''ll be paid a salary of £29,000 / annum 25 days annual leave Company-sponsored pension scheme Access to our Hapi benefits platform including high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, cashback cards and savings schemes Ongoing career development and progression opportunities What you''ll do on a typical day: Work alongside the Compliance Manager and assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV Vehicles Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures Input and maintain record within the Fleet Management System and other external systems Ensure documentation is kept up to date, accessible and in good order in line with current legislation and guidelines Manage fleet compliance, raise defect issues Help to promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting What will you bring?
