Fleet and Workshop Services Manager Annual Salary: £50,000 per annum Location: Norwich Job Type: Full-time Duration: Temporary initially for 3 months We are seeking a Fleet and Workshop Services Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for our transport, fleet, plant, and workshop functions. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles, plant, and equipment are operated and maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements. As a key member of the senior management team, the Fleet and Workshop Services Manager will also contribute to the strategic development of fleet and workshop services. Day-to-day of the role: Lead, manage, and develop the fleet and workshop teams, setting clear standards, objectives, and accountability. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, organisational SHEQ requirements, and approved risk assessments. Oversee the workshop service to maintain high standards of engineering, maintenance, repair, and productivity. Develop the capability and capacity of the in-house workshop, reducing external dependency and exploring sustainable income opportunities. Act as a nominated Transport Manager, ensuring continuous and effective management of licensed transport operations and compliance with all Operator''s Licence conditions.
