Fleet and Procurement Manager
We are recruiting for a Fleet and Procurement Manager to join a growing infrastructure business on a fixed-term basis. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective management of fleet operations and procurement activities, driving efficiency, compliance, and value across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Fleet Management Oversee the day-to-day management of the company fleet, including compliance, telematics, and incident supportEnsure all vehicles meet legal, safety, and operational standardsManage servicing, maintenance, and fleet performanceMonitor costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Procurement and Contracts Procure goods and services in line with business needs and budget requirementsManage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring performance and valueLead negotiations to achieve cost savings and operational efficienciesSupport contract management across key business areas Operations and Leadership Plan workloads effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environmentUse data and reporting to inform decisions and improve performanceManage, support, and motivate a team to deliver high standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery Skills and Experience Required Proven experience procuring goods and services and managing contractsStrong ability to plan workloads, prioritise effectively, and use data to drive decisionsExperience managing fleet operations, including compliance, ..... full job details .....
