The business plays a vital role in supporting the UK''s sustainability and climate objectives by transforming waste into valuable energy through a network of advanced facilities.As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet and Logistics Coordinator to support the Fleet and Logistics Manager in the day-to-day operation of a busy commercial vehicle fleet.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised logistics professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where safety, compliance and operational efficiency are key priorities.The RoleSupporting the Fleet and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth administration, maintenance and compliance of a growing fleet of commercial vehicles. You''ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy, drivers are fully compliant, and fleet performance is continually monitored and improved.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate routine vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections and preventative maintenance to maximise fleet availability.Monitor daily vehicle defect reports, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and compliance standards are maintained.Manage driver administration, including licence checks, onboarding support and accident/incident reporting.Conduct end-of-shift driver debriefs, recording ..... full job details .....
