Fleet and Compliance Coordinator

We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics company looking to recruit an experienced Fleet and Compliance Coordinator to strengthen their team in Felixstowe. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and MOT schedules for a national HGV and trailer fleet.Liaise with maintenance providers to schedule repairs and servicing, ensuring all work was completed to the required standards.Monitor and managed HGV driver tachograph compliance in line with legal requirements.Process and maintained fleet documentation to meet industry and regulatory standards.Manage vehicle defect reporting, ensuring timely processing and resolution of reported faults.Coordinate vehicle and trailer breakdown support to minimise operational disruption.Oversee tyre management, including replacement scheduling and supplier coordination.Administer Operator Licence compliance and associated fleet records.Work closely with insurance providers to report and manage road traffic collision (RTC) claims.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and transport legislation.Previous Skills and Experience:Minimum of one year of experience working within the transport and HGV industry.Strong understanding of drivers'' hours regulations, tachograph legislation, and transport compliance requirements.Excellent written and verbal ..... full job details .....
