Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure vehicles are maintained, compliant, and available for employees across multiple regional locations. This is a varied administrative role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for vehicle-related queries, including accidents, breakdowns, fines, and driver enquiries. Maintain accurate fleet records, vehicle documentation, and driver information. Produce and distribute monthly fleet reports, including mileage and compliance data.
