Fleet Administrator We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administration Officer to join the Environment team within a local authority. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a busy fleet operation, providing essential administrative and customer service support across multiple service areas.Working within a fast-paced office environment, you will play a key role in supporting workshop reception activities, fleet operations and operational systems, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of services. Key Responsibilities:Providing administrative support to the Fleet Administration Team and operational managersManaging and maintaining operational ICT systems and databasesActing as the first point of contact for workshop reception enquiriesCoordinating vehicle inspections, MOTs, repairs and defect reportingRaising and processing work orders and jobs within fleet management systemsManaging workshop calendars and scheduling vehicle servicing activitiesBooking vehicle recalls and appointments with external dealershipsUploading and maintaining accurate records and documentationMonitoring service schedules and managing overdue vehicle servicing requirementsProcessing invoices and assisting with financial administration tasksRecording and managing vehicle accident and insurance claim informationLiaising with internal departments, external customers and members of the publicSupporting taxi inspection and licensing-related ..... full job details .....
