Salary: -27,000 - -28,500 + Bonus

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Role Overview:
Are you ready to take on an exciting role in a dynamic team? We are looking for an Administrator to join our clients Fleet Department. This is your chance to be part of a small, dedicated team that plays a crucial role in supporting the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all recharge invoices are correctly and timely billed in accordance with SLAs
2. Arrange delivery of new stock vehicles, liaising regularly with car dealerships
3. In-fleet new vehicles on the rental system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
4. Organise tracker fitment for new vehicles and manage tracker vendor
5. Liaise with insurance companies, storage/recovery companies, and police as required
6. Make First Notification of Loss Claims to insurance companies and customer accounts
7. Manage servicing and MOTs of rental fleet
8. Renew vehicle tax applications

Required Skills and Experience:
Essential Skills:
* Ability to challenge vendors and suppliers to ensure quick VOR resolution and cost-effectiveness
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Strong administrative skills, capable of handling large invoice totals
* Excellent attention to detail
Experience:
* Experience administering service, maintenance, and repair of a vehicle rental fleet
* Background in the automotive industry
