This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, coordination and ensuring processes run smoothly within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all post-sale administration processes for fleet vehicle ordersPrepare customer quotations and invoicesProcess vehicle orders, registrations and taxation documentationMaintain accurate vehicle stock and order recordsCoordinate with vehicle preparation teams to ensure pre-delivery inspections are completedArrange vehicle deliveries and collections with customersProvide administrative support to the wider fleet sales teamAbout YouPrevious administration experience is essentialStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyConfident IT skills, particularly Microsoft ExcelAble to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyAutomotive industry experience is beneficial but not essentialExperience with dealer ..... full job details .....
