This is a permanent, office-based opportunity offering the chance to become part of an established and supportive team, playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the company's vehicle fleet. Standard working hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 45-minute lunch break. THE JOB Key Responsibilities: Manage all fleet administration for a fleet of approximately 100 vehicles, including arranging MOTs, servicing, repairs and registration transfers Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring all approvals and documentation are completed accurately and on time Liaise with insurance brokers regarding vehicle additions, removals, incidents and claims, maintaining accurate records throughout Maintain and update vehicle tracking and dashcam management systems Order, issue and cancel fuel cards as required Work closely with internal teams to minimise engineers' downtime by ensuring fleet issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate fl...
