The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders, carrying out accurate take-offs from construction drawings and pricing projects ranging from 50,000 to 4 million and above. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal commercial and technical teams to develop accurate bids, secure projects and maintain strong client relationships. This role would suit an experienced estimator with a strong technical understanding of flat roofing systems, materials, specifications and installation methods.
