Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Flat Roofing Estimator to join their commercial team.The RoleAs Flat Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for:Preparing accurate estimates and competitive tenders for flat roofing projectsReviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentationProducing detailed quantity take-offs and cost plansObtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and specialist subcontractorsIdentifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risksPreparing detailed pricing submissions and tender documentationLiaising with clients, surveyors, architects, and project teams throughout the tender ..... full job details .....
