including our flagship location at Flat Iron Square.The Role
As Concession Manager, youll run the day-to-day across five busy kiosks at Flat Iron Square. Youll manage the team, lead service, keep things moving, and make sure every shift hits the mark. Youll be fully responsible for the PandL and rewarded with a bonus when targets are met.Youll set the tone for how things are done
rolling out processes, leading from the front, and holding the team to account. Youll also shape improvements, from seasonal updates to new offers and ways of working. As we grow, so will the role
with opportunities to take on more locations and help manage 10+ kiosks across the UK.Operations, Compliance and Leadership
Oversee daily kiosk operations including opening, stock readiness, food flow, and close-down
Build and manage rotas, ensuring full shift coverage that balances quality and cost
Maintain 5-star hygiene and compliance standards across all kiosks (EH, allergen, and licensing)
Lead on process
set the example and hold team members accountable to daily checks and routines
Manage equipment maintenance and repairs to keep all kiosks operational
Customer Experience and Service Quality
Set the standard for fast, friendly, high-quality service across all five kiosks
Monitor reviews and feedback to resolve issues and improve experience in real time
Work with chefs to maintain food quality, portion control, and menu consistency
Coordinate trading and team flow on matchdays, peak periods, and special events
Roll out seasonal service updates, offers, and incentives to drive engagement
Performance, Reporting and Commercial Accountability
Own the full PandL
drive revenue, manage labour and stock, and control waste
Track performance and report weekly to the leadership team with insights and next steps
Set clear commercial goals and develop plans to hit them
Identify improvements that boost margin and simplify operations
Deliver upselling, menu changes, and pricing strategies to increase average spend
Client, Team and Community Engagement
Act as the on-site lead
managing relationships with chefs, brand clients, and the venue
Support activations and events, coordinating team readiness and delivery
Build a strong working culture through clear expectations and team recognition
Lead communication across all kiosks to ensure consistency and alignment
Support community engagement and represent Culinary Collective on-site
