The Flagship Assistant Manager’s main responsibility is to support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability whilst developing and retaining a high performing team.Responsibilities

Exceeds sales targets and delivers LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversionOMNI focus by maximizing OandP opportunitiesExceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulgeAssists the Store Manager in managing payroll spend within budget through effective scheduling and people planningManages stock file accuracy – adheres to all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock lossCommunication
Ensures team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on their achievementCommunicates clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive business opportunitiesCommerciality
Actively identifies innovative opportunities to maximise their businessConfidently analyses all available business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performanceEmpowered to make brave decisions to drive commercial excellence ensuring sales, promotions, new launches, VM and rate card executions are carried out to brand standardsDrive Treatment rooms/chairs bookings and maintain standardsStay ahead of current trends, brand specific, social media and have a sound knowledge of customer profile by keeping up to date with external influences like media and local communityTeam

Leads, motivates and inspires the team – be a role model!Coaches and develops their team and individuals to achieve their full potentialTo undertake to any reasonable duties as expected by Store Manager and Regional ManagerLead change and innovation supporting new ideas and initiatives to evolve the retail experience for customers. Drive sales and provide a unique store experienceChallenge and inspire the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through service, stock and VM to display a compelling atmosphere for our customersCoach and empower the store team to use their initiative and oversee all levels of customer service and operationsExhibit floor presence by leading by exampleConduct a thorough floor walk on a regular basis providing constructive feedback and setting goalsExcellent organizational skills, consciously plan, organize, and execute projects by priorityAssume total accountability for store HandS by overseeing and upholding company procedures, always to protect employees and customers against accidents and incidentsStore Operations
Ensures the store is maintained in line with Company maintenance and Health and Safety standards. Communicating all needs, in a timely manner, with the Regional Manager or Property ManagerUnderstands and adheres to all Company loss prevention practicesQualities
