Fixed Term Human Resources Advisor

Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for one of our well established Global Automotive companies and are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Dunton, Essex. The successful candidate will provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people-related matters. The Role As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the business. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide practical, professional and commercially focused HR advice while ensuring company policies, procedures and employment legislation are followed. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with typically 2 days per week onsite, with flexibility to attend up to 3 days per week when business needs require. Own Transport and Driving licence required. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees. Support managers with employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct and capability. Provide advice and guidance in line with company policies, procedures and current employment legislation.
