Fixed Plant Fitter – Eversley

Forming an integral part of the operational team, you assume dedicated responsibility for Plant Maintenance within our Eversley recycling centre. Your role will be to undertake planned and emergency maintenance and repairs to our plant.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertaking planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to our waste processing equipment (Kiverco, Bluemac and Terrex) including conveyors, screens, trommels, and density separators.Developing the preventative maintenance systems to reduce downtime and maximise efficiencies.Involvement in new installation projects and fabrications where needed.Continually seeking opportunities for process improvement.The Successful Candidates will:Have a good technical knowledge of our plant and machinery.Be confident with hydraulics, electrical repairs, and welding.Be able to plan and implement maintenance schedules.Have good communication, organisation, and team working skills.Have a good understanding of health and safety.Be able to work flexibly and to deadlines.Be looking to develop a long-term career with the Collard Group.Full UK Driving License.What’s on Offer45-hour workweek with overtime opportunities.Life assurance (2 x Salary).28 days holiday (including bank holidays).Free full company branded personal protection equipment (PPE).Free parking.Supportive team environment with company social events.Apply for role
