We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join the Fixed Income COO function on an interim basis. This is a critical role focused on maintaining continuity and driving strategic and operational initiatives across the Fixed Income business.

The Fixed Income business is now focused on reinforcing its operational framework—particularly within the bonds and repo chains. This role requires comprehensive front-to-back product knowledge in global markets bonds and repos.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple strategic programmes within the Fixed Income COO function.

Act as a senior sponsor delegate, setting priorities and advancing key initiatives.

Partner with GBL and business heads to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Support daily business management activities, including:

Strengthening operational frameworks post-growth.

Overseeing conduct, financial risk, and operational resilience.

Applying deep product knowledge across bonds and repos.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in Global Markets and COO/CEO functions.

Proven leadership in programme management and strategic delivery.

Deep understanding of Fixed Income products (rates, credit, repo).

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Expertise in governance, risk, and control frameworks.

Front-to-back processing knowledge for bonds and repo operations.

Experience in large-scale transformation projects.

Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex situations.
